Donato Di Ciommo: He carries out the control function on all the cultivations of the company, destined to the feeding of the herd or not, control moreover the corrected maintenance of all the agricultural equipments and systems of automatization of the stable.
Dr. Marcello Di Ciommo, Doctor Surgeon: manages the administrative and public relation aspects, he collaborates also to the management of the herd and to the milk processing into cheeses.
Dr. Aldo Di Ciommo, D.V.M.: person in charge of the management of the stable and of milking, takes care of the state of health of all the present animals in the herd, carries out moreover nearly the totality of the choices of A.I. He participates in first person to the preparation of the animals for the shows, as in stable as during the same ones.
Raffaele Di Ciommo: his job is centered on the aspect of milk processing in a near company facility and takes care of the advertising and selling of fresh milk and cheeses.
Raffaele Di Ciommo Junior: still attending university, helps during the holidays at the herd, interested in Cows and Bulls Genetics, Business Administration and Marketing.
